Loading bays around the Crescents and Circus have timed restrictions; basement and lower-ground flats often have narrow external steps that don’t take big items upright. Weekend parking is often easier than weekdays in commercial areas, harder around residential streets near pubs and town centres. I’ll factor it into the quote either way.
