Dismantle and clear
Most playhouses are six panels plus a roof and floor — all screwed together. Screws out, panels down, felt off. Metal fixings bag separately for scrap. Bigger multi-level playhouses with platforms and swings attached take a bit longer but still come apart with hand tools. No machinery needed.
Base and foundations
Playhouses sit on wooden bearers on grass, paving slabs, or a small concrete pad. Bearers and grass — lift and go. Paving slabs — I can lift and stack them if you want them removed too (volume adds). Small concrete pads are outside what two guys with sack trucks can sensibly do — if you want the pad gone, call a groundworks contractor for that bit.
